Feeling crappy

Is anyone else feeling like this it has came over me tonight was fine earlier and all of a sudden a huge cloud of anxiety has hit me in the face I now can’t sleep cos I’m worried about everything how do you shake it off please normally I go for a walk but can’t do that in the dark

Listening to meditative music or voice 🤔
Is a good beneficial one.

Good music especially if it reminds you of good /happier times , can literally transport you from out of feeling totally shit to feeling better,

reading 📚 a book that is so interesting, or you just enjoy for pure Escapism value beneficial,

Listening to inspirational Talks on youtube or other Talks about anything you find interesting or curious about...

Also good inspirational speakers on youtube and Internet on why you suffer from Anxiety and how to manage this or address this Anxiety issue,

Also watching 👀 people do Arts and crafts , so feel inspired to take this up,

Listening to interesting stuff on 📻 radio
