I've got an ongoing issue with trying to send documents to China from my Mac. Apparently when they're received, the information is scrambled and all out of sync.
I'm preparing documents on Microsoft 365 or Text Edit. I send as PDF docs.
My opposite number in China is really struggling - she obv cannot use Google Docs and her company still uses Word 10.
She really wants me to install that so we can work efficiently, but as far as I can see, it's not longer possible to install Word 10 on a Mac in the UK.
We have a mutual language barrier, no IT dept and neither of us are brilliant with computers tbh, so I'm asking for help here!
Does it sound like I'm missing something obvious or not ticking a box that would send my docs unscrambled?
Any help would be gratefully recieved.
