Favourite sleep sounds?

I'm laying here with a painful arm due to an accident. I like the bbc sounds sleep mixes but the talking is annoying me!

I either have rain sounds on you tube with a black screen, or I put The Planets on iPlayer on. Sounds silly but I’ve watched it so many times I don’t need to listen to it anymore, but I find Prof Brian Cox’s voice so relaxing! The background music and graphics are so calming to me! I can’t sleep in silence!

I play it through the tv with the sleep timer turned off. Sound quality is a bit nicer through the tv too.

Download a white noise app - they usually have lots of different options.
I like ocean waves or rain sounds the best

Calm app. Has loads of noises to choose from, and also hundreds of sleep stories. I love it!
