Hi
i have a disability and sometimes get an online shop for heavy stuff - so far washing powder, drinks and canned tomatoes.
Any other suggestions?

I always purchase bottled water as it’s so heavy. Depends on whether you drink bottled water though!

Anything liquid - cartons of long life juice / bottles of pop etc.

Fruit and veg that keeps for a while - onions, potatoes, apples, melon

Pet food if applicable.

Heavy frozen stuff (big bags of chips, tubs of ice cream etc)

Bags of flour / sugar if you bake

Not heavy but bulky - loo rolls and kitchen rolls.

All the tinned foods , passata , jars of pickles , fruit juice , fabric conditioner if you use it , fresh stuff like potatoes , long life milk ?

Thanks. I’d never thought of getting fresh stuff that’s heavy - potatoes are a good shout if they have jersey royals. Loo roll another good one.

Think bulky or longtime too.
Rice and pasta
Tins - to.atoes, beans, sweetcorn, tuna.
Jam or honey?
Flour and sugar.
Toilet paper, bathroom cleaner, kitchen cleaner, washing powder, dishwasher tablets.
