Does this look like chicken pox

The foot picture was yesterday and the other picture is from this morning. He had chicken pox last July but I thought you couldn’t get it twice or is that a myth? Or could it be something else?

It could be looks like it. I know of people that have had it twice … sadly

More likely hand foot and mouth which also affects the bottom/ genitals.

How old was he when he first had chicken pox? There is some evidence that babies under about 1yr do not develop immunity to chicken pox and so may catch it twice

Pox tends to start on the trunk so that is more likely hand foot and mouth.
