Invigilators- please help!

I'm stuck on one final question of the training we've all been asked to do as in invigilator training... And the JCQ website to access the information is down!

Can anyone tell me what is the correct answer to this question, please?

I'm going to offer this on Tuesday, for those who didn't manage it over the weekend, Worried. There are TAs who have dyslexia and will find the nature of the questioning really difficult! So many embedded clauses in the questions!
