Does anyone use one? I’d there a brand you would recommend ?
Adhd for both me and 1 dd(17 year old). I have read that brown noise really helps with quality of sleep.
I have been extensively hyper focused this morning reading reviews on Amazon and online. Still confused as most machines seem focused on white noise. I find white noise very irritating.
Thanks🙂

Have you tried just playing some on your alexa/Google from YouTube or music stream just to check it works for you before you pay out for a machine?
My DD does that.

I have an app called White Noise Baby Sleep Sounds from the Google Play Store and that plays brown noise.

@Firsttimecaller that’s a good idea. I will try that first. Thank you🙂
@NoIncomeTaxNoVAT I will check the app out 🙂

There's loads on Spotify too - I use with some sleep headphones.

I use ones on the 'Calm' app with aMusic Cozy sleep headphones (from Amazon). Doing daily meditations from the Calm app have been really helping my symptoms too.

Spotify have 12 hours of brown noise uninterrupted

Another vote for Spotify, the channel I use is relaxing white noise.

I've also got a snoozeband which connects via Bluetooth to my phone that I wear to sleep.

Thank you.
I don’t use Spotify- Amazon music instead. Hopefully there will be something on there too.
I like the idea of the ear bands. Will suggest this to me dd too🙂
