I ordered a cake topper off Etsy which was personalised with name and age.
The seller sent me the item with the wrong age. Fortunately they responded to me really quickly and sent me the right one out the same day.
The topper can't be modified. You couldn't get away with cutting the name or age off as it would spoil the whole thing. The buyer also has a photo of the item being wrong.
She's asked me to send it back to her.
I obviously will do but I was just abit suprised. It cost £5 and now I have to repackage and send because of her error!
Is this normal? I would've thought she just would apologised and left it at that!
