What is this rash

Hi can anyone tell me what this is? This has been developing from yesterday. Started on her upper thigh. It’s now on her forearm most of stomach and back. She isn’t unwell doesn’t have a temp etc

Slightly raised bumps? Is it itchy?
GP tells me mine is urticaria caused by heat.

it doesn’t seem to be bothering her but it’s raised and quite rough

It looks like when one of my children reacted to a new item of clothing. Ended up needing an allergy medication from GP.

My son has had a very similar rash this week! Worse on his tummy but was on his legs too.
Raised tiny little pinpricks! Skin felt really rough, he said it was itchy.
He was well. I think it was a heat rash! It seems to be going now!
