Does this look like chickenpox?

I thought it was eczema patches but more are springing up and one looks decidedly spot like. He doesn’t seem unwell though touch wood and they don’t seem to be bothering him. He had a random fever last week that was quite nasty and we couldn’t get to the bottom of, and he did have some of the patches then but I thought they were eczema as he’s been having a bit of a flare up since the pollen count crept up.

I don't think it looks like chicken pox. Maybe impetigo?

Thanks, I thought they looked too dry to be the pox to be honest but the one spot-like one that's getting a head on it threw me.

Pityriasis rosea?

Looks a bit like that @Dubaibutwhy I'm inclined to think it's possibly his eczema just in smaller patches. Tis odd though.
