What to cook in new kitchen?

Very excitingly my new kitchen is finished and I'm cooking my first meal in it.

There's just me (other half is away) and I'm pescatarian.

What should I cook?

Crab, chilli & fennel parpadelle! It's easy and delicious with a fresh salad on the side.

Then Sunday do a roasted sea bass with pesto potatoes! Hmmm nom nom

A proper nicois with tuna steak and slightly soft egg.

I love tuna nicoise - adding an egg sounds lush. I've never made monkfish curry but that recipe looks great.
