Hoping someone knows the answer to this from experience. I've reduced my hours post maternity leave to 22.5. I'm on the old annex so am ordinary paid 25% unsocial pay regardless of being on annual leave or the shifts I do. I know to qualify for 25% you're supposed to do a minimum of 19 hours unsocial, and although I plan for all of my 22.5 hours to be unsocial, my shifts won't be fixed so there's no guarantee that'll happen. So does anyone know whether I'll continue to get the 25%?
