None because you have to log in to a completely different app to read all the messages. Something they didn't actually mention and I didn't realise to the October!

But on the App it can be similar to what you say... club cancellations, termly newsletter etc. Just 3 or 4 a week.

After receiving 5 or 6 a day from Primary school its quite sparse.

Not emails but I probably get on average one message per day on ClassCharts. That’s for two DCs at the school.

Dwightlovesmichael · 03/05/2023 11:21

I never got anything. Just something about parents evening once a year. No phone calls, messages.

There was once a message about GCSE results.

It was tumbleweed for 6 years.

About the same as you. More in the last week as there’s been 4 about the strikes. Most are not relevant or can just be skim read. Hardly an issue.

1-2 a day, by email and also repeated in the app, and sometimes the same information in a text message too. That doesn't include trip letters, school reports, illness notifications and the like.

The school info is spread between 3 unconnected platforms and it is quite frankly a nightmare.

Two a week usually and they cover everything in those (so one email will tell us about non-uniform day, parking issues, an upcoming trip and the fact Mr Bloggs is retiring). Then anything urgent ("netball is cancelled today") on top.

One a term maybe? Very little email blast, kids get emails about stuff to their school address and are mostly expected to sort it themselves
