Sorry for an early morning chat about bums. I had a pile appear last week. Not a bunch, a ridge, like an angry fat vein. Painful to poo and on Tues to sit in my car even. Brought some anusol which has worked before (I've had three babies so not my first rodeo!) and it hasn't worked. It's not so painful but the itching is ridiculous...and now it's itchy on my vaginal area too (which I've seen can be a side effect)
What do I do please. Not sure I'm ready to see the GP.
I'm also breastfeeding if that makes a diff to meds/circumstances
