I’m very sensitive to caffeine as I rarely have any……. I drink decaf tea and if I accidentally have a caffeinated drink after 2pm I’m awake at night.
This evening at about 10.30 I unwittingly enjoyed quite a lot of dark chocolate.
Now I’m wide awake and kicking myself I forgot about the caffeine!!!!!
Have to be up slightly earlier than usual tomorrow as well……… 🙄
