You need to look out for London fog cake in the chi chi cafes. Vair nice indeed.

I’ve made it. Frothy milk (I used almond, but normal is fine), earl grey tea and flavoured with lavender.

Dh Would have fit, but I love this idea, I wonder if I could get a similar effect by using an Earl Grey and a sleepy tea?...
