Mystery shopper

I want to start doing mystery shopper at pub chains. Does anyone know the best mystery shopper to use please as I have tried to look at some but there are very few jobs available. It would be places like Ember Inns, Wetherspoon, Mitchell and Butler Etc. Thanks.

Seriously though I'm not clear-you want to be a mystery shopper?
Not sure if you can specify exactly where?
I just googled and found lots of "how to be a mystery shopper"
suggestions.
