Grrrrrr bloody PIP line

I’ve been ringing EVERYDAY, for the past week to try and get through to PIP to record a change of circumstances. Sometimes I’ve even rang multiple times a day.

I get through all of the AI waffle, and then I’m put either on hold, or I get the engaged tone. After 20-30 mins, they hang up on me.

Google shows this is a very common thing. What the hell am i supposed to do? Keep ringing and hope they eventually pick up?

Have you tried just after they open or just before they close?
I do this with DLA,and seem to get through much quicker

Yep. I’ve tried first thing. I’ve tried last thing. I’ve tried lunchtime and other random times

Rang again yesterday and half 4, nothing.

Im currently on hold now, and have been for 20 mins…so far I’m still on hold and not been hung up from the other side but we shall see
