Balance bike recommendations

For 2 (almost 3 year old) who is very tall. Budget ones if possible! Thanks!

DGS had a Specialized balance bike, it was brilliant so I got another pre-owned one from FB Marketplace to keep at my house. It has footplates, unlike most others, so his legs didn’t have to drag or wave about when he was freewheeling. Highly recommend looking for a second hand one, I paid about £30 and it will probably sell for nearly that once the younger DGS has outgrown it.

Thank you. A fee on marketplace for fairly cheap, do they have brakes? I'm not sure if that's important!

DS has a banana bike which he seems to love.

Get one with a brake - they can get up huge speeds once the rider gets the hang of it! Also proper metal wheels with rims, spokes and pneumatic tyres - these are sturdier and easier to change/replace/repair than plastic wheels with solid rubber "tyres".

We had an Islabike Rothan, but 12 years ago there wasn't loads of choice.
