Skin tag removal creams

Do they work?
Any recommendations please?
One side of my family have a history of them and I would like to get rid before they get any bigger, tiny at the moment.

I was with my Mum at the doctors a few months ago for something and while there, Mum asked if there was anything she could do to get rid of skin tags around her neck as they were annoying her.
Doctor replied that there is nothing that works and the only real option is to have them taken off privately. Maybe 10/15 taken off for around £200

Tie thread around them and wait for them to fall off. Cider vinegar helps too.

I get them around my neck where a seat belt would rub and under my arms. I just turn them in each direction when ever I remember and after a few days they turn black, shrivel up and drop off. Apparently it also works if you tie thread tightly around the base to cut the blood supply.

Tag bands you can get them online, they actually work too and are safe (depending on the size if too small not always).

I had several, it would take around 5/6 days to fall off on their own, cutting bloody supply make them fall off, they will turn brown and all dry.
