Do post-weaning breasts look like breasts when "emptied" of milk following a big feed?

Yes they are pretty much the same.

They were to begin with, but now they are pretty much what they were pre-dc.

They often go a bit deflated for a bit when you stop and then get more full again over time. By the time I fell pregnant with DD2, about 1.5 years after I stopped feeding DD1, they had gone back to 'normal'.
