What could this rash be..? (Pics included)

Hi all.

Posting in chat for a bit more traffic. 11 yo DD has had this rash for two days now. It seems worse today. We've done the usual checks in her room and no sign of bedbugs. She was at a friend's house the day before they appeared. On a scale of 1-10, she said the itchiness is at a 2. It's mainly on her thighs and feet, but otherwise the rest of her body is fine. She's not unwell at the moment.

Any ideas? Will head to the doctors anyways, but just curious.

I realised I forgot to mention that she just finished a course of Augmentin Duo. It was around day 5 when she got the rash. I'm wondering now is it a reaction to the antibiotic?

Has she had Covid recently? I developed a very similar looking rash a few weeks after having Covid. From Google searching I think it was Pityriasis rosea. Does she have a larger herald patch?
