What the frick is the point in my life at all?

Even just the fact that you are worried about these things shows you are a better mother, nurse and wife than you think. Sounds like you have a lot of pressure and people depending on you. Really hope it gets easier.

Why do you think you are shit?

What is happening at the minute to make you feel like this? Have you got any help & support because it sounds like you're struggling and burnt out?

I'm just failing miserably in all areas and I don't know how to make it easier for myself.
I hate being a nurse because of how it makes me feel but I also love doing what I do. Which in turn makes me a miserable, stressed, anxious mum and wife at home. But I'll never find another job that pays as 'well' as this one and right now we need the funds. So I'm stuck
