Roblox help please.

Hello Mumsnet,

My lovely dad just bought my son a £20 Roblox voucher. DS has been after a plane in cabin crew simulator and DF wanted to treat him.

We redeemed the cards and got the robux. DS went into the game and bought the currency ‘skybux’

It briefly showed the correct amount, enough to buy the plane, which he tried to do.

The game then crashed and he logged back in but his balance is gone and there’s no record of the plane he bought (it’s showing he can buy it again so it obviously didn’t go through).

There’s no help option and I’ve turned off chat. Does anyone here (or their kids) have any advice? I hate this stupid world where £20 can disappear down the drain with no proof. DS is bereft.

there is an option to contact roblox about a gift card not working properly. Can you go to their help section and report it?

What device is it on? My child's friend accidentally bought 20 pound worth of robux on my child's amazon fire, I phoned amazon and they refunded us the money

It was a Roblox gift card which we redeemed then converted into “skybux” within the specific game.

Something similar once happened to my ds but the item did appear later - after a meltdown

I would maybe say to Roblox an explain cos they can put it in the account! Or try the code again
