I ordered a pram from John Lewis last week, they said it's been delivered but it hasn't. I've checked the tracking which says it was delivered Monday afternoon, when I would of been at my mums house.
I've asked my next door neighbour if they have taken it in but nothing. I've contacted John Lewis and they've not been very helpful saying that it will be there somewhere? Not sure what to do next, thankyou
