Need advice re work and disability

I have a job, I started last week. It’s a supermarket, but one like Sainsburys local/tesco express, so it’s small.

I have multiple disabilities including tourettes. The tics are my concern hence why I mention that, rather than the other two. I have been letting out the smaller less noticeable tics, rather than normal level of tics, as I don’t want to freak them out. Whether they would actually freak out, I don’t know, it’s just my anxiety I think. I have a lot of anxiety around my tics.

in the interview, (which was about 20 minutes, I totally suppressed them), in hindsight probably a bit silly of me but I really wanted the job. The interviewer also asked if I had any health conditions (which I didn’t think they were allowed to ask), so I said no. I did check the disability box on the diversity form though.

then on my first day I filled out a form online saying I have Tourettes + other ones. But I don’t know whether the manager can read this or not. It’s also different managers for the few days I work.

so, do I just let my tics out, do I suppress, do I wear a sunflower lanyard, or a badge that says i have tourettes.

any advice would be appreciated. I have no idea what to do.
