Scrabble Go question about computer players

I have a few opponents on Scrabble Go who I play regularly but without ever messaging / chatting.

I assumed these were real people because they have real photos and real names. I thought the computer players were all cartoon type characters (often seasonal ones) and the computer players always play their turn immediately after I play mine.

But I saw something on mumsnet recently saying that AI characters / players have clouds around their profile pics. Two of my ‘real’ players have a sort of cloud like frame around their picture. (See attached photo, face anonymised by me) But they are not cartoon pictures, they have ordinary names and they don’t respond to their turn immediately- although they do always respond within a few hours at most.

Are these real players? I messaged one recently commenting on a good win but they haven’t replied although they have continued playing against me. With that and the cloud like frame, I am wondering.

I don't play on Scrabble go but I play on another game similar to that and if they are computer players they don't show as online.

I've noticed that if their score is usually keeping up with you then it's computer
