In praise of the NHS

I'm Irish, on this site regularly and am in the UK for the weekend with a group for an event. One of our party had to go to a&e last night and I was with her. We got treated wonderfully and got fantastic care. Just wanted to say this

From an AHP working in the NHS, it's so lovely to see a positive review of the service provided on here. Everything I read about the NHS on MN is just so negative and it breaks my heart to read such negativity, but this had brightened up my Friday so thank you :)

Yes, credit where it is due....ambulance was also practically immediate
