DS just moved to a new school in a new area. We had quite an established group of parents at the previous school and feeling a bit dauted having to get to know everyone again. But I know how important it can be for parents to make an effort in yr1 so would love to hear any tips and tricks that others have used to make the transition a bit easier for their little ones.
