Has anyone got an e-mail address for Evri please?
I keep getting deliveries for someone who doesn't live here, & the courier has gone before I can catch him. It's not his fault, & I want to stop it at source with Evri. The chatbot on Evri site is useless for this.
I suspect the wrong address is deliberate ,the addressee is a rude CF neighbour.

I don't have an email address, but you can message them on facebook if you have it?

Thanks for the reply, but I've already looked & they just don't reply.
Our regular courier is a nice man, I'll just have to waylay him when I see his van.
