About a week ago I developed a dull ache in my lower leg. This has now developed into constant pain radiating across the shin and outer leg and also the ankle.
All the symptoms seem to suggest a stress fracture but the bone doesn't appear to hurt if I press on it. Also I can't see how I could have got one as if anything I've been doing less exercise than usual lately.
When the pain started I asked my OH to rub my leg and I felt like he pressed really hard on the bone and that caused pain. I am now worried that might have caused something to happen.
Any ideas?
