Waterloo to Winchester train journey

Sorry, I've posted about this before ... but is the Waterloo to Winchester train journey permanently disrupted/delayed at this point? Thanks in advance if any regulars can enlighten me. Can also travel from Clapham Junction or Vauxhall. Many thanks.

I take that route once a week and I'd say that currently there are problems around 30% of the time - it's tiresome but it's not often I can't get home (just last week but that was sadly a person on the line) normally it's just a 30-60 minute delay
