Hello, I am a newbie to Vinted but I have just brought some. items that stated they were all XS in the listing but one item is not and is just a S, can I request a return for a refund, as not sure how it all works

I think once you receive the item, Vinted ask you if you're happy with your order before they pay the seller and you can report the issue then

Check the listing carefully. Vinted sizing is odd so I always take a picture of the sizing label and include the size in the listing (usually in the title) so that way I'm covered.

For example a L from H&M can be different from a Vinted L.

If its been mislabelled then click the "I have an issue" button and go from there.

It's not clothing but a dog harness, lead and collar, it stated they were all XS but the Harness is a S and much too big.
