I have an issue which needs resolving, but can't find any email contact details on their website, and wondered if anyone could help?
I have phoned twice, once over two weeks ago and was told they would get back to me within two days, and once this morning when I was told that they would ring back within the hour. Neither did. Also tried the Chat Bot by text on Sunday, which promised a response within 12 hours. 24 hours later, I received a response saying they were very busy. Since then nothing!
