Postal birthday gift ideas

My son is 25 next month and he is working away in Liverpool and staying in a hotel. We are a very small family unit and would like to send something to his hotel, to enjoy on the day when he gets back from working. Any recommendation welcome, I am thinking something edible, drink, unusual, budget is up to £50 ish. Thanks

• have a grocery shop delivered to him with a bottle of fizz, main meal and dessert (ahh, only if he has heating facilities in the hotel?)
• Bottle of liquor/spirits he likes
• Tasting box of chilli sauces, cheeses, biltong, nuts or something enjoys
• BBQ cooking class, butchery course, cooking for 1 class, veggie class as appropriate
