Are there any jobs I can do alongside uni?

I am a student in a degree that is 50% theory and 50% placement in 8 week (ish) blocks.

What jobs can I do? If anything?

I've tried to get on the hospital bank as a HCA but there's nothing available at the moment.

I need extra money. DS4 and I can't continue living like this.

I really want to work but I'm not sure it's possible as I have to do 12.5 hour shifts for placement and they are days/nights and not set.

Try the National Tutoring Programme - they're actively recruiting undergrads and I think it's all online, so pretty flexible

I used to waitress for catering companies / events. You would sign up at the start of the month for the days you wanted. I think these days these temp jobs might be through a temp agency? Somewhere like Indeed.

I did domestic cleaning. I found it was a welcome break for my brain and I could process what I’d been learning while I was doing something mentally untaxing.
