Sorry I know you must be sick of these questions
Just slightly confused
I get paid the 29th of the month

I read to get this period you must have been eligible between 26th jan and 25th feb

My dates were 23th jan -22nd Feb
And I got paid 29th Feb

Does that mean I'm eligible ?

£301 Cost of Living Payment eligibility

Universal Credit

You are eligible for the first Cost of Living Payment of £301 if you were entitled to a payment (or later found to be entitled to a payment) of Universal Credit for an assessment period that ended in the period 26 January 2023 to 25 February 2023.

When you will not be eligible: ‘Nil awards’

You will not be eligible for the Cost of Living Payment if your benefit is reduced to £0 for the qualifying period. This is sometimes called a ‘nil award’.

No it’s the date your assessment period ends (and you rec’d a payment). Your assessment period ended 22.02.33 which is between 26 January 2023 to 25 February 2023 so yes you will receive the COL payment

Oh thanks that makes sense
Don't know what my brain was thinking when I was reading it earlier ha ha

Did you get a UC payment, of £1 or more, on 29th Jan 2023? If you did you will be entitled to the COL payment.
