Coronation concert tickets

I’ve had an email from Ticketmaster saying I’ve won two tickets to the coronation concert. The email says they are first come first served, and if they aren’t claimed by 12 PM on the 27th they will be reallocated. I clicked on the link and it says there are no tickets available. I don’t understand, how can they be first come first served but also held until a certain date? Have they all already been claimed or is the website down for some reason or watt? Anybody shed any light on this?

i’ll be a bit pissed off if they are all already gone. I only received the email about 30 minutes ago.

Fans who applied to attend thought they had won, only to find out the tickets had already gone.

Same here,
I was really annoyed. Thank goodness it was during the day and I hadn't had a chance to tell my teen daughter.
Can't help wondering if it was a deliberate scheme by Ticketmaster to harvest people's info as I created an account specifically to apply and sure many would have done the same. What's the betting we get 'Sorry you couldn't attend the free gig, how about booking tickets for this ridiculously priced one instead....' email soon?

My email didn't arrive until 14:02. Why were they still being sent out at that time if all the tickets had gone soon after 12? I was so excited to hear I'd won the ballot, and then so disappointed when I couldn't actually get the tickets. I can't seem to find a way to complain either.
