I have a rare child free weekend and would prefer to spend my time out of my home and away from other people's children. Can anyone recommend anywhere please?

What do you want to do? Beach, shops, spa hotel, museums??? Are you driving or going by train?

Its a bank holiday weekend, so places might be busier than usual and already booked- so bear that in mind.

Southwold
Norwich
Cromer- but clearly depends what you want to do

Half the problem is I don't know what I want to do and I can go by car or train. I didn't realise it was a bank holiday!

Bury St Edmunds.

Cambridge if you want a city.

Lavenham for a nice small town if you have a car.

Southwold or Aldeburgh for the coast, but likely to be busy!

Look up adults only hotels if you are wanting child free places. Which part of the country will you be travelling from?

Are you looking for day trips or staying away?

what do you like doing?
