Last night I asked my partner to pull the heavy blanket onto my side of the bed. as he was pulling the blanket I moved to sit up he then managed to punch me in the eye as his hand pinged back. It’s really aching all day and has caused a headache. I’ve put a cold pack on it and taking my pain medication for my other illness but it still hurts. Has anyone got any tips for relief my head feels like a pressure headache. Im lucky I only have a slight bruise tinge.
