I've just been prescribed Oestrogel (Eastradiol) and a progesterone tablet as I'm peri-menopausal. I'm 48.
Having read through the leaflet that came with the Oestrogel, I see it is meant for post-menopausal women. So now I'm anxious about using it (peri-menopausal anxiety is hideous!)
My GP is incredibly hard to contact and it's taken me weeks to get the prescription sorted.
Is anyone else on Oestrogel to relieve peri-menopausal symptoms? I'm after some reassurance from fellow users.
