What does this sign mean??

Saw this today and have no idea. For context it was in Ireland at a castle. The castle has deep water/boat tours at the back. It might have been helpful to have an explanation of the sign but I didn’t see anything.

Drones seems so obvious now you say it!! Can’t imagine it’s for security but maybe so they don’t disturb the wildlife.

We're near the Cotswolds, every sunny day if we are out walking all you hear is the tinny buzz of little engines, they are intrusive nasty little things, I'm glad they are being banned from more places. Wish people would enjoy the day not insta it.
