Late, negative test, first cycle after miscarriage

Good afternoon everyone.

I'm looking for some advice or people's own experiences. So I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks pregnant on 7th Feb, few days bleeding then got a period on 13th March bleeding for four days, so febuary i had a 34 day cycle.

I'm now on cycle day 42 with no sign of any bleeding and taken three tests since 13th so over 10 days, 2 were cheap strip ones & one clear blue (not digital)

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience, anything like this and actually been pregnant but testing positive on hpt took longer following miscarriage.

On my last pregnancy (miscarriage one) I tested positive on cycle day 38 according to my diary log. And I also had no symptoms not even up to miscarrying

Thank you in advance for any input to this thread

I’m in a similar position, do you have an update?

I MC at 7 weeks 5th March, and got my first period 8th April. Bled for around 5 days and AF would usually have been due yesterday based on my original 28 day cycles but nothing, and negative early pregnancy tests 😩

Ended up bleeding on cycle day 54 & still bleeding now 3 days in, its very heavy and painful this time around.

Hooe you don't have to wait so long as it's horrible not knowing

Oh wow, that’s horrendous for you :( But at least you can start a fresh now AF has started, it’s better than still not knowing that far into the cycle I guess isn’t it.

Still no sign of AF for me so I’ll just have to wait it out as all my tests are negative still :(

Sorry for your loss. After one of my losses I had several months of anovulatory cycles before things started to regulate again. It's the same as any pregnancy, your body needs to reset. If you've had a negative test it's likely to be your body recovering.
