Anyone got coeliacs disease? Does it sound like I have?

My symptoms

Anxiety
Tiredness constantly
Sluggishness
Very low B12 and phosphates
Itchy skin
Shakes sometimes
Headaches ALOT
Trouble swallowing

I had alot of tests in my 20s for IBS as I had alot of lose stools and stomach pain.

That kind of subsided (the pain) for a while.

I had gallbladder pain also.

In 2021 I had my gallbladder removed and I had a gastric sleeve.

Now I have alot of upper stomach pain when I lay down in bed at night, alot of discomfort and find I need to break wind to get comfortable.

Do you think it could be coeliacs?

I eat alot of bread 😣

It doesn’t sound like it to me but I’m not a doctor

Have you been tested for Crohns? the trouble swallowing could be ulcers.

Do your symptoms improve if you cut out gluten?

I was tested for chrones in my 20s yes, was negative.

My uncle has chrones.

I'm actually really scared of that because eive already had 85% of my stomach removed so if I've got further issues.

It may just be sleeve related, like indegestion when I lay down. It's mostly at night.

I'm borderline underactive thyroid so that may come into the swallowing. Thyroid issues

Could you have malabsorption because of your sleeve?
I have Crohn's disease and it is quite difficult to diagnose unless it's flared. Could that be worth revisiting again? I have ulcers from one end to the other :/
