Will B & M take these curtains back?

Does anyone work for B&M who could answer this? Bought some curtains yesterday and had measured wrongly so they're too short. I have the receipt but am struggling to fold them properly to get them back in the packaging. I only want an exchange. Will they take them do you think?

Dunelm won't take back opened curtains (I know you say b and m but it might be relevant)

I don't work for B&M long as they're in a saleable condition (the same as the condition they were purchased in) and you have the receipt, I don't see why not but they'll need to be in/with their original packaging.

Fold them neatly and place them back in the packaging as best you can, or get someone to help you do it. It won't look how it did when you picked it up off the shelf but that doesn't mean they can't be folded and put back in.

All you can really do is just take them back and ask.

As long as you have the receipt and the packaging they should be ok
