Commute Mid Sussex/Brighton

Hi,

We are making a move to Sussex and need a reasonable (car).commute to Haywards Heath, plus good public transport access round town and to Lewes.

Can anyone comment on the commute to HH from Shoreham/Portslade/Seaford?

Originally looked at Burgess Hill but all the primaries now have rubbish OFSTEDs so that has put us off.

Local knowledge much appreciated.

I totally recommend Seaford - my DS1 went to the 6th form at Seaford Head and is now at Canterbury uni, and my DS2 went to Seaford Head fully and is on course to go to Bristol uni.

It's a nice place to be, there's a local bonfire society.

I did work in HH for a while, and the drive is fine
