Feeling ill before holiday help!

Feeling under the weather, shivery, tired, throat is a little burny. Not covid thankfully.

Going on holiday for DH's 40th on Monday so timing couldn't be worse. Any helpful tips to blast it before we fly?

Two spoonfuls of high-grade (550+ mgo) manuka honey per day, heaps of fluids and rest. Light exercise/ walk each day, sleep with windows open for fresh air, humidifier if you have one with tea tree essential oil at night.
Eat lots of berries, bananas and citrus. Good luck!!
