Hi there. When my daughter was chronically unwell prior to her Crohn's diagnosis, coinciding with menopause and my autistic child having a huge breakdown, I ended up on sertraline. This was incredibly helpful and stopped me cracking up completely. However, in the two years I have taken it I have put on 2 stone, having had a stable highest weight for the last 10 years since perimenopause started.
I therefore feel like I have no choice but to withdraw from it. Things are much more stable health wise and autism wise and it seems like I can now.
Did anyone find the weight came off once they stopped sertraline?
