South of France- end of May

Has any one been to the South of France at the end of May, what was the temperature like, have found a really good deal on flights but don't want to go if its just going to be the same as English weather!!

Southern France like the Med? Amazing weather, sort of low to mid 20s, not too hot, cover up in the evening. Only cold if you mean the Pyrenees.

Is beziers considered the South of France?

Beziers is in the south of France but not the Cote d'Azur if you mean that. It's a lovely town though.
