Help! Ticketmaster going to cancel my tickets

I Have Eurovision tickets, wheelchair ones to take someone. We have filled in the form and had a receipt that we did so. Now we are getting emails saying we haven’t filled in the form and out tickets will be rejected. The email it is sent from is a do not reply and customer service done respond.
How do we get hold of an actual human before we loose our tickets this weekend??

Have tried the chat as well, but that just is an auto bot tell me again someone will contact me in 24hours. FFS.

There are a lot of scams around Eurovision so don't click on any links.

Ticketmaster are terrible to try and get in touch with.
I would suggest messaging them on twitter as they actually respond on there, I set up a twitter account for the sole purpose of contacting them 🤦🏻‍♀️

@rose69 good to know, but it’s the same form as I filled in previously with them for other gigs. They are just shit.

I have found the customer service number 0333 331 9999 online. Have you tried that?
